Teigen took his first 5 steps the day of his birthday party. Now, he's walking all over. It's so fun to watch him. Attached is a video clip of him walking from the family room to his room. How cute is he!!! We are so proud of him.
He also does not drink from a bottle anymore. Strictly sippy cups. He's trying to eat with a fork and does ok, but will use his hands more...it's so much easier.
If he has something that he's not suppose to, and I hold out my hand and say "Give it to me Teigen," he'll hand it to me. If he's about to get into something, he'll even look at me before he does it because he knows he shouldn't be doing it. Then I'll go over to him and he'll start crawling or walking away really fast from me. Teigen is showing me how smart he is every day. I love him so much and it's a joy to play with him all day.

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TEIGEN!!!
When did you get so big???
I'm so sad that my baby is turning into a little boy. He's changed so much his first year of life that I can't imagine what this next year will be like. I think every first time mother gets a little teary eyed when their first baby turns one! I know I'm doing it. I feel so blessed to have Teigen in my life. He is such a great baby and always makes me happy. It's really hard to get upset with him when he sasses me.....which he does.....already.
It's very sad to say that he is sick again though. He's always sick. It seems like he always has a runny nose. The Doctor said it has to do with him getting sick when he was 2 months old. He was border line to being diagnosed with RSV, but we got him in soon enough without having to have him hospitalized. He was on a nebulizer with albuterol though. The Doc said that he shouldn't be as bad next year. He always has a runny nose and cough. Tonight he had another fever of 103 and I gave him tylenol and put a damp rag on his head and it went down. He was just cuddling Justin and I and would have this sad little wimper. It just breaks my heart when he's sick like that. He has an ear infection and has been on antibiodics all week but for some reason he just started to get worse tonight. I just got done putting him to bed. I hope he's okay.
