If you guessed BANANAS.......then you're right!!
So, I saw a recipe of this online somewhere and thought...How easy...I can try this! I really wanted to see if this would work, so I have photographs documenting my trial...
1. Use bananas that are slightly ripened

2. Peel

3. Slice and arrange in some type of platter

4. Freeze for 3 hours

5. Dump the frozen bananas in a food processor...start pulsing...

6. Wipe the sides with a spatula and keep pulsing...

If you want "dippin dots", stop here. ;)
Almost there....
Can you believe your eyes?? It worked! Creamy soft Banana Ice cream!
Now you can stop here and enjoy (even babies can eat this type of ice cream)
....or add in some extra things if you'd like. I mixed in
2 spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter and then drizzled some choco syrup on top-Yum-O!
